ABS-CBN news anchor Joan Panopio life story featured on MMK!

The story of an ABS-CBN news anchor Joan Panopio was featured in drama anthology “Maalaala Mo Kaya” in celebration of the Kapamilya network’s 60th anniversary.
In a statement released by ABS-CBN, Panopio has always dreamed of following in the footsteps of “TV Patrol” anchor Korina Sanchez, but grew up being criticized because of her looks and economic status.
Yen Santos (former PBB housemate) played the role of  TV Patrol Southern Tagalog anchor which aired last Saturday, October 5.
