source said it was Derek who initiated the breakup on September 30, on
the heels of a controversy over an alleged sex video involving Cristine
and ex-boyfriend Rayver Cruz. But Derek has publicly expressed
indifference to that matter.Nevertheless, both Derek and Cristine have refused to comment on their breakup.
The two became an item late August, with Derek posting not a few of their social-media moments.
Until recently, Derek had been tweeting his itinerary with Cristine for the coming holidays.
