Esquire magazine has named Scarlett Johansson 2013′s the sexiest woman alive, seven years after bestowing the honour on her the first time.

The 28-year-old actress (and occasional musician) graces the cover of the men’s magazine’s November issue and is the first to be named sexiest woman twice.

In an interview for the cover story, Johansson says she has to do as much as possible before her career options shrink.

“You know, I gotta hustle. I’m a 28-year-old woman in the movie business, right?” she said. “Pretty soon the roles you’re offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop. I have to hedge against that with work—theater, producing, this thing with Esquire.”

A lot has changed for Johansson since she was named sexiest woman alive as a 21-year-old. Once known for roles in small films like Lost In Translation and The Girl With the Pearl Earring, today she is a global box office magnet with roles in such blockbusters as 2012′s The Avengers.

Johansson’s most recent project to generate excitement is Don Jon, in which her street-smart character is in a relationship with the porn-addicted character played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who also wrote and directed the film.

Esquire’s sexiest woman honour doesn’t mean the actress is available. Johansson recently went public with her engagement to former French journalist Romain Dauriac. It will be her second marriage after splitting with Ryan Reynolds in 2010.

The annual feature only started in 2005 when the magazine named Jessica Biel, then 23, its first honoree. Last year’s recipient was Mila Kunis.
