The pop princess has opened up to fans with a list of facts that were previously unknown about her.
The Roar singer wasn't shy in revealing personal tidbits, including an obsession with taking 26 different pills daily.
"I'm all about vitamins and supplements. I'm so OCD that I wish the letters OCD were in alphabetical order: CDO," she laughed to Us Weekly.
She even confessed to brushing her teeth "four to six times a day".
Partaking in the magazine's 25 Things You Don't Know About Me column, the 28-year-old revealed she has a fascination with outer space, has a ticket to get there and strongly believes in aliens.
Currently dating fellow musician John Mayer she let slip her bad habits too, including a penchant for junk food.
"Everyone in my life seems to think I'm a hoarder, but if you ask me, I'm a collector!
"My comfort food is chicken nuggets, but only the boot-shaped ones. My favourite ice cream is Cold Stone Creamery's Birthday Cake Remix," she explained.
Shedding some light on her career goals, Katy said she aims to make a stop off at Dolly Parton's theme park Dollywood next time she's touring in Tennessee.
It wasn't all light-hearted though. The star opened up about a car accident she was involved in at 13, and described how escaped the wreckage.
"At age 13, I was in a car wreck that left me crawling out of a broken window," she remembered.
